My transaction was successful, and I received a payment receipt from the Payment Gateway, but I didn't see my credit token.

If your transaction was successful, your credit token should be generated automatically. If you haven't received the credit token in your transaction history or via email AFTER 10 MINUTES, please use the contact form below to file a complaint.

I'm trying to pay online with my ATM card, but I'm not receiving the OTP (One Time Password) from my bank. What should I do?

Use another bank ATM to continue with your payment or visit your bank to lodge the complaint.

After payment, I was given three (3) tokens. However, when I tried to load the credit token, it was not successful. What should I do?

When you receive three (3) tokens, it indicates that your meter requires a Key Change before it can accept the credit token. Please enter the KCT 1 Token first, followed by KCT 2 Token, before loading the Credit Token.

What is Key Change Token (KCT)?

KCT, or Key Change Token, is a crucial element necessary for transitioning from your existing tariff index to a new one during online vending. It facilitates the seamless shift between tariff indices, allowing you to proceed with online vending without any interruptions.

How to enter my KCT?

Begin by entering KCT1 and pressing enter. Await the response. Once confirmed as successful, proceed to input KCT2. Only when both Key Change Tokens (KCT1 and KCT2) are verified successfully should you proceed to enter the purchased energy.

Do I need to enter KCT every time after vending?

No! You only need to enter the Key Change Token (KCT) once during your initial entry of the token.

After loading the token for the purchased energy, my meter consistently displays a "reject" reading, why?
